الملخصFurther benefication studies on AL-Dibdiba Sand from AL-Najaf Area were undertaken to recover feldspar . Many laboratory small and large (Bench) scale experiments were performed on representative samples from pit No 1634. The work showed that using commercial grade tallow amine acetate as collector reagents was similar in function and performance to primary amine (primene JMT) collector on flotability of feldspar. However ,it has been arrived that,at conditioning PH(2-2.5) and ,two stage addition of tallow amine acetate collector using MIBC frother, it would be possible to obtain feldspar concentrate containing 8.3% K2O, 4% Na2O,and 0.9% Fe2O3. This grade is suitable for glass and ceramic making. On this results it has been possible to set up a flow sheet with material balance by which the above feldspar concentrate can be obtained with recovery of about 83%.
