EVALUATIONOF SPRINGS MINERAL WATER IN HIT-KUBAISA AREA FOR MEDICATION PURPOSES .

Abstract

T his study aimcd to evaluate the mineral water that naturally flow on the surface of Hit-Kubaissa area and use suitable part of them as a sanitary water to cure from some of skin diseases and Rheumatism as wella as contributing to develop the area for tourism . This study depended on the field observations for nine water springs naturally flow in Hit-Kubaissa and measure the tempretures and the flow quantity of water and collect water samples for the chemical tests for the main substances and the trace elements in addition to the assistant of the previous studies and make a comparison with international specifications which is allowed for the cure purposes The study decleared the suitability of the mineral water flowing from AL-Quashatta Spring and AL-jarba Spring as Sanitary water for curing from some of skin diseases and Rheumatism and Arthritis … and it is possible to establish new bath houses in this area to be a uncleous for tourism future in the area . The study also declear that Hit-Kubaissa area submitted to the same weather conditions in the western desert of Iraq . March , April October months considered as the best tour times in that area because of the temperate weather and increasing in the flowing spring water during spring season .
