الملخص
الملخصThe present research deals with the study of the possibility to prepare Dicalcium Phosphate (animal feed grade) from crude phosphoric acid (produced at The State Company of phosphate after Purification from : Flourine, lead, Cadimum and Arsenic) and the hydrated lime (the waste from sugar factory). The experimental work includes also aproper technical route for the purification of the crude acid from the previous impurities. This process consist of: A- Treating the phosphoric acid with glass powder to remove the flourine contents as follows: - The partical size of glass powder: less than 45 micron. - Acid Concentration: 62.3%(wt.%). - Quantity of glass powder : 116 gm/liter acid . - Reaction temperature : 55oC. - Reaction time 35 hrs. B- Treating the produced acid (from stage A) with Sodium sulphide solution (to remove Pb,Cd and As)as Follows: - Con centration of Na2S solution : 260 gm /liter. - Quantity of Na2S Solution : 40 ml /liter, (acid). - Reaction temperature : room temp. - Reaction time : 2 hrs. - Addition of 21.41 gm Na3PO4 /kg (Produced Dicalcium phosphate). - Drying of the product at 100oC for two hrs.
