- Fabrication of Nanostructures Solar Cell by Pulsed Laser Deposition Technique تصنيع خلايا شمسية ذات تراكيب نانـوية بطريقة الترسيب بالليزر النبضي
الملخص
In this work, fabrication of (TiO2 / p-n Si) solar cells using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) with high efficiency. A double frequency Q-switching Nd:YAG laser beam (λ=532 nm) has been used to deposited pure (TiO2) thin films on standard silicon solar cell. The structural properties of pure (TiO2) were investigated by means of (x-ray) diffraction . The surface morphology of the deposited materials were studied using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). (UV-Vis) transmittance measurements showed that the (TiO2) film is highly transparent in the visible wavelength region . The photovoltaic characteristics before and after the deposition of (TiO2) layer onto (pn-Si) cell namely short circuit current (Isc), open circuit voltage (Voc), where the maximum (Isc) ,(Voc) and filling factor (FF) obtained at optimum condition were (42.3 mA cm-2) , (650 mV) and (0.7) respectively. After deposition of (TiO2) antireflection layer , the power conversion efficiency enhanced from (10 to 14 %) .
